The End of Year Mini Showcase is held at Pacific Hills Christian School in Dural and is a fantastic opportunity for our Graduating Petite Performers & Pre-Junior students to perform and show off all their hard work from throughout the year. Although the Showcase is not compulsory we highly recommend it and believe it is the highlight of the year.
The End of Year Showcase is currently held at The Concourse – Concert Hall, Chatswood and is a fantastic opportunity for students to perform and show off all their hard work from throughout the year. Although the Showcase is not compulsory we highly recommend it and believe it is the highlight of the year.
Troupe students are invited to perform at various community events including School Fetes, Orange Blossom Festival, Charity Events, Shopping Centre Christmas Performances/Parades and more. Students also have the opportunity to participate in Eisteddfods and Competitions throughout the year. Troupe students must also enrol in Ballet & Jazz to uphold advanced technique.
At DANCE on Q, we follow the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) in Classical Ballet. Exam classes encourage good technique & strength by following the syllabus and understanding the progressions through each grade. Exams are held once a year at DANCE on Q Studio. Students do not need to participate in exams to move up to the next grade.
In addition to Performance Group students participating in Troupe Eisteddfods/Competitions, individual students are welcome to enter solos, duos and trios. Solo/duo/trio private lessons are available and students must also be enrolled in Jazz & Ballet.
There are various opportunities for all students (including those who are not in Performance Group) to participate in Performances including Orange Blossom Festival Parades, NRL Dance Spectaculars, Flash Mobs, Overseas Dance Tours and more.
A Mid Year Display is held at the end of Term 2 to showcase to parents/guardians what students have learnt in the 1st half of the year.
We love offering our students incredible overseas tour opportunities, where they can perform, take classes, and learn from industry professionals.

Next, in January 2026 our students will embark on an exciting adventure aboard Royal Caribbean’s Anthem of the Seas, where they’ll perform a 30-minute show in the professional cruise ship theater and participate in a workshop with the onboard performers! This opportunity is open to ALL students 4 years + at the time of boarding.
